Skogstad UK Terms and Conditions for Delivery of Goods
All orders received from Thursday 28th November 2024 until Monday 2nd December 2024 (Black Friday Sale Period) will not be dispatched until Tuesday 3rd December at the earliest. Orders received during this period will be dispatched on Tuesday 3rd December on a 'next day basis' to arrive Wednesday 29th November. This is subject only to location of delivery address and stock availability.
If you’re ordering Christmas presents, to make sure they arrive in time for the big day, we recommend you place your order no later than Friday 20th December 2024 (by 5pm). Please note that after this date, due to the pressures on the courier and mail services at this time of year, we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas arrival - even for expedited deliverys (eg. Express 1-3 working days, Next Day Pre-12 Noon etc). Orders can still be placed online after this date up to December 23rd (10am) and they will be dispatched on a 'next working day' delivery but please be aware that it is likely your order may not arrive in time and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Any orders received after 10am on Monday 23rd December 2024 and onwards and during the Christmas period will be dispatched on or after Monday 30th December 2024.
Where & when will we deliver
Any Skogstad items ordered through this website will only be delivered in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal working hours, Monday to Friday subject to holiday periods. A signatory is required to sign for the delivery. All orders placed before 10.00 am will be handed to our carrier partner 'Parcel Force Worldwide' the same day and delivered within approximately 1-3 working days. If you choose Express Delivery, orders that are placed before 10.00 am, Monday to Thursday will usually be delivered within 24/48 hours. Orders placed on Friday before 10.00 am will be delivered starting from the next working day.
A Next Day/Pre-12 Noon delivery is available but can only be guaranteed during periods of normal service. If you choose Pre-12 Noon delivery, orders that are placed before 10.00am Monday to Thursday will usually be delivered Pre-Noon next working day (Mon - Fri). Orders placed on Friday before 10.00 am will be delivered starting from the next working day (Monday) subject only to Public Holdiays. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (subject only to Public Holidays) to arrive Pre-Noon Tuesday
We are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note:
• Although it is our goal to always deliver within the above lead times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account any possible delays or strike actions.
• We will not be able to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Fixed rate: £ 14.88
Highlands & Islands: £18.96

Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation. Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within the United Kingdom are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of the order to the requested address.
